How it works
For Schools
Pānui Mai, in collaboration with you, will match a volunteer with a suitable student. Our wonderful, police vetted volunteers, will give one 30 minute session per a week to your tamariki, with most volunteers taking on two students so they come in for one hour a week to read to two students for 30 minutes each.
For Volunteers
Pānui Mai will take volunteers through full training from our awesome team of education specialists.
Volunteers are provided with a selection of books and reading materials to share with their student match.
All volunteers go through a rigorous compliance process, including police vetting.
For Tamariki
Pānui Mai will ensure the tamariki on this programme receive regular reading.
